Project Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Directing the team throughout the project to achieve predetermined objectives and satisfaction of time, cost and quality.
- Coordination and control of planning, design, contracting and construction.
- Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Manage the construction schedule in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as specifications.
- Managing and monitoring the construction documents, ensure the documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Day-to-day management of the site.
- Review the project on a daily basis to ensure that the work is being done as it should be.
- Overseeing quality control.
- Preparing construction reports.
- Reviews site safety plan and job safety analysis in accordance with safety objectives, carryout safety inspections during construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management
- Understand both the design and construction process
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Fluent in English

Construction Manager
Job Description:
- Being responsible for engineering designs and civil work/execution to comply with specifications, standards, codes, government regulations and company policies.
- Surveying and following the system of signal installation to complete work in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with architects about engineering designs.
- Carrying out all other tasks related to the project.
Qualifications:
- Male, Thai Nationality
- Age over 35 years old
- Bachelor degree of Civil, Architect or relate field
- Over 7 years working experience in Construction, Project Management
- Good command of English and communication skills

Job Description:
- Handling estimation and cost control
- Preparation of tender document and manage the tendering process. Evaluate tenders
- Preparation of contract document
- Contract administration and assessment of claim and variation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree in civil engineer, architect, M&E engineer or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor providing services to building works

Job Description:
- Performing a technical, organizational and supervisory on construction project.
- Working as part of the site management team liaising with the contractor.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as specifications.
- Managing and monitoring the construction documents.
- Day-to-day management of the site.
- Overseeing quality control.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Undertaking overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with contract drawings / specification.
- Address deficiencies with contract drawings / specification.
- Coordinate all aspects of the Construction / material submittals, review and approvals.
- Report on a daily basis to the Construction / Project Manager on all activities occurred on site.
- Prepare Snag lists and follow up remedial works.
- Inspect the final acceptance of the work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Architect, Interior
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a site engineer providing services to high rise building projects
